Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) Installation in Mukilteo, Lynnwood & Everett, WA

LVP is the most requested floor we install, and in the Pacific Northwest that's no accident. It's 100% waterproof, it shrugs off muddy boots and wet dogs, and modern planks look so much like real hardwood that guests have to kneel down to tell the difference. For most Snohomish County homes, it's the best value per dollar in flooring today.

We install LVP every week across Mukilteo, Lynnwood, Everett, Edmonds, Mill Creek, and Bothell, from single rooms to whole homes. Our crews bring 30+ years of combined experience and thousands of floors under their belts, and it shows in the details: tight seams, silent planks, clean transitions.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does LVP installation cost?

Quick answer: it depends on the plank you choose, your subfloor's condition, and the layout, which is why we do free on-site estimates instead of phone guesses. You get one exact written price that covers everything: material, prep, installation, and haul-away. No surprises after the work starts.

Is LVP really waterproof?

Quick answer: yes, the plank itself is 100% waterproof. It's why we recommend LVP for kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and basements throughout the Puget Sound's wet months. Water can still reach a subfloor through unsealed edges, which is why professional installation matters.

How long does LVP installation take?

Quick answer: most homes take 1-3 days. A single room can be done in a day; a whole main floor typically takes two to three, including subfloor prep. You can stay in your home during installation.

Do you remove and haul away my old flooring?

Quick answer: yes. Tear-out and disposal of old carpet, laminate, or vinyl is part of the quote. We also move standard furniture, just ask when we do the estimate.

Is LVP better than laminate?

Quick answer: for anywhere moisture is possible, yes. Laminate resists scratches slightly better, but it swells if water gets in. In our climate we steer most rooms to LVP and save laminate for dry areas.

Do I need to level my subfloor first?

Quick answer: often in older homes, yes. Many Lynnwood and Everett houses built in the 60s-80s have dips or humps that make click-lock planks flex and separate. We check on every estimate and price any leveling up front.

Is your work under warranty?

Quick answer: yes, twice over. Our workmanship carries a lifetime warranty, and the flooring itself carries the manufacturer's warranty. As certified Shaw and Mohawk installers, our installations keep those manufacturer warranties fully valid.
