If Your LL Flooring Floor Was Never Installed
Boxes in the garage? Good news: material is material. We install customer-supplied flooring regardless of where it came from, to the manufacturer''s written spec. We start with a free in-home measure to confirm you have enough (and the right underlayment), check your subfloor, and give you one exact written installation quote. The installation gets our lifetime workmanship warranty, for as long as you own your home.
If Your Installed Floor Is Having Problems
First, the straight truth: retail-level promises from the closed company are gone. But you likely have more paths than you think:
- The manufacturer may still be behind the product. Much of what LL sold was made by manufacturers that still exist. If you know the product line (check leftover boxes, receipts, or order emails), a manufacturer defect claim may still be possible. We can help identify what you have.
- Installation problems are fixable regardless of warranty. Gapping, buckling, squeaks, and lifting edges are usually installation or subfloor issues, not product death sentences. We diagnose them every week: repair, partial replacement, or refinish are all on the table before "rip it all out."
