Yes. That is exactly what we do. We are an independent, local installation company (not affiliated with Floor & Decor), and customer-supplied material from any retailer is welcome on our schedule.
How Install-Only Works
- 1. Free in-home measure first, ideally before you buy. We check your subfloor, measure every room, and tell you exactly how much material to order, including the right waste factor for your product and layout. Under-ordering mid-install is the most common and most expensive mistake in self-purchased flooring.
- 2. One exact written quote for the installation. Labor, tear-out, haul-away, subfloor prep, transitions, and trim, itemized in writing before work starts. No pricing games.
- 3. Spec-compliant installation. We install to the written instructions of your product's manufacturer, which is what keeps its warranty valid. Moisture testing on concrete, acclimation where required, photo-documented prep.
- 4. Our lifetime workmanship warranty on the labor. The product warranty stays with the manufacturer and the retailer; the installation is backed by us for as long as you own your home.
What We Check Before a Plank Goes Down
Bought material is only half the job. The half that decides how long the floor lasts is under it: flatness, moisture, squeaks, and rot. A Word of Honest Advice Before You Buy
Bring us in before you swipe the card if you can. Ten minutes of measuring saves you from the three classic self-purchase problems: ordering too little (dye lots change between orders), ordering the wrong grade for the room (water-shy products in wet rooms), and finding out at tear-out that the subfloor needs work you did not budget for. If you already bought, no problem at all: we will work with what you have and tell you the truth about it.
